666x Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall apply:

• "666x" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at 666x.games, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and associated services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any natural person who has registered or is seeking to register a 666x account and use the services provided thereon.
• "Account" means the individual account held by a registered Player on the 666x platform, associated with a unique Pakistani mobile number or email address.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player in PKR which are available for wagering on games and sports betting markets.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits issued by 666x to a Player's account, subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before a withdrawal of those funds or associated winnings is permitted.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which 666x conducts all financial transactions with Players.
• "Services" means all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, crash games, bingo, slots, and any other gaming or betting products offered through the 666x platform.

By accessing the 666x platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the 666x Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 666x Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 666x with respect to your use of the platform. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease access to and use of the 666x platform.

To register and use the 666x platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 666x strictly prohibits use of its services by individuals under 21. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must register using your own genuine personal information. The provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on any gaming platform, including 666x.
• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts in the same name, address, household, payment method, device, or IP address are prohibited.

666x reserves the right to carry out identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) checks at any point, including at registration, prior to any withdrawal, or upon suspicion of fraudulent activity. Required documentation typically includes government-issued identity proof (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 666x account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You are responsible for all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions made through your account, whether or not you were personally present or aware of them at the time. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 666x support immediately by contacting [email protected].

666x reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud, money laundering, match fixing, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or failure to complete required verification procedures. Upon closure of an account for legitimate reasons with a positive real-money balance, 666x will return remaining real-money funds to the Player's verified payment method after deducting any applicable charges.

All financial transactions on the 666x platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 666x accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200.

Withdrawals of real money winnings are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal request must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by 666x compliance after document verification.
• The Player's account must have completed the required KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
• Bonus funds and their associated winnings are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• 666x processes standard withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 15–30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within the same business day.
• 666x reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above Rs 1,00,000. Processing times may be extended for such requests.

666x may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as communicated at the time of offer, in addition to the following general bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational Players. 666x reserves the right to exclude any Player from bonus eligibility at its discretion, particularly where patterns consistent with bonus abuse are detected.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds in your 666x wallet. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless specifically stated, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited. Unmet bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account at the expiry of this period.
• 666x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account at the time of the change, provided the Player has met the applicable activity conditions.
• Bonus terms are communicated per-promotion on the 666x promotions page. Players are advised to read all promotion-specific terms before claiming any bonus.

All games available on the 666x platform — including live casino tables, slots, crash games, and virtual table games — operate under specific game rules which are accessible within each game environment. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules.

All virtual games on 666x use independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party including 666x itself. Live dealer games use physical dealing of cards and operation of wheels — no algorithmic manipulation of live game outcomes is possible.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software malfunction during a game round, 666x will apply the following resolution procedures: if the game outcome can be determined from the available data at the point of interruption, it will stand as the final result. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the round will be voided and the Player's stake will be returned to their account balance. 666x's decision in all technical dispute matters is final.

Sports betting markets offered on the 666x platform — including but not limited to cricket (PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, ODIs), football, kabaddi, UFC, and tennis — are governed by the following general betting rules:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 666x reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical or human error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to data feed availability. 666x cannot guarantee real-time accuracy of live data and is not liable for bets placed based on delayed or incorrect live data.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL match results, player performance, and live in-play bets — are settled according to official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. 666x's market settlement decisions are final.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled according to 666x's market-specific void rules as published in the betting lobby.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666x platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one 666x account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, sports betting market, or bonus programme on 666x.
• Colluding with other Players in any live casino game or poker variant to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Placing bets on sporting events in a manner consistent with match-fixing, inside information, or corruption of the sporting event in question.
• Abusing any bonus or promotional offer, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing simultaneous opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, or exploiting technical errors to obtain bonus credits.
• Conducting any transaction through a payment method not registered in your own name or without the authorisation of the account holder of that payment method.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back any legitimate 666x transaction through your payment provider.

666x is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and provides all registered Players with access to a full suite of responsible gaming tools, available at all times through the Account Settings section of the platform. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit to your 666x account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can sustain in a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further real-money wagers are accepted until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration, after which 666x will automatically end your active gaming session and require re-authentication.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot access casino games, sports betting markets, or deposit funds.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 666x platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period.

All content on the 666x platform — including but not limited to logos, branding, graphics, software, game assets, text, databases, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of 666x or its licensed third-party game providers. No part of the 666x platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the express written permission of 666x.

The 666x name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of the 666x brand in any context — including on third-party websites, social media accounts, or promotional materials — constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666x shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, technical failures, third-party payment processing delays, or reliance on information published on the 666x platform.

666x does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that all content will be free from errors, or that any specific game outcome or betting result will be achieved. All gaming and betting activity involves risk and the possibility of financial loss. You accept all such risk as a condition of using the 666x Services.

666x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the address registered on the account, or via a notification displayed upon login to the 666x platform. The revised Terms and Conditions will take effect fourteen (14) days following publication of the updated version at 666x.games/terms-conditions, unless a shorter notice period is required for urgent regulatory or legal compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the 666x platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact 666x support to arrange the return of any positive real-money balance in your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 666x holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Should direct negotiation fail to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable gaming regulatory authority. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Class action proceedings against 666x are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section shall limit your rights as a consumer to pursue remedies available to you under applicable local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction of residence.
